Keep it simple, use a suffix (other than the letter S) to indicate all plurals. For nouns, pronouns, adjectives, and perhaps even verbs. For example if to pak is "I am" then tora pakra would mean "We are". ra being the suffix making words plural. Perhaps the plural of "it" could be "they" if you are going to have three genders in the third person. Adding whatever plural suffix you chose to whatever word you use for "it". Would it be like Spanish and other languages where the pronoun is not necessary because it can be inferred from the verb?
