Earth - terr-/T-R-N
Language - Terris (?)
Father - pas-/P-S-M
Mother - mer-/M-R-M or M-S-M
Son - id-/-D-H
Daughter - id-a/-D-AH
Food - su-/S-D-L

proposal:

earth - tarn
of earth / like earth / belonging to earth (?) - tarnuu
our language (nominalised form of that last one) - tarnuun
